Practical Reading Practice

ESLi at UWS students in the Foundations level had a unique class experience - assembling a tent for their upcoming Superior Adventures camping trip in northern Minnesota.

One reading skill students need to master is reading and following instructions.  Students in Christopher’s class were given copies of the instructions on how to put the tent together. They had to read the instructions and use them to correctly assemble the tent without the teacher's help.

Some of the students in the class will get a chance to put up the tent and sleep in it in the wild this weekend when they go camping on the Superior Hiking Trail in Finland, MN for three days.

ESLI Centers in the United States are accredited by CEA.
